Yes, it’s for sure! beginners are recommended to come and try the ride. We provide a half-hour free test ride, so that you can clearly know the riding experience in the next 10-15 days! After confirming that there is an eBike, you will be asked to pay a deposit for the reservation!

You can for sure! The pick-up time is after 16:00 to 20:00 one day in advance, and there is no additional charge (if you want to pick up the eBike before 16:00, you will be charged an extra day), the actual pick-up time is based on the time arranged by MathewBike. If you have other questions, please tell us in advance so that we can arrange adjustments.
